However all the facts of 1st and 2nd season are not intact like concerning the CCG officers and various other aspects.
Anyways the amount of thrill and suspense rises on a whole new level as the amnaesic Kaneki ceates his own Quinx Squad who are a group of half Ghouls meant to terminate the other ghouls.It is due to the collosal damage to Kaneki who fought the legendery Arima which resulted into his Amnesia.
Coming to scene,
The intro song packs a punch,and dont eva miss out the action of each CCG investigators showing off their Kagune. The combat level of these actions are increased and there are even more unknown stronger ghouls that existed before.
EP 1:
So its now a reality to believe thatThe first episode of TG3 has already been aired off yesterday.
There is a drastic change of kaneki's
character from ghoul to 1st grade
investigator "Sasaki Haise"along with "Kuramoto Ito"
and Senior Investigators "Take Hirako",
"Akira Mado" and "Nobu Shimoguchi".
Sasaki has already been
positioned as a "Quinx Squad Member".
Currently Sasaki has 3 members in his quinx squad "Kuki Urie" the quinx squad captain,"Ginzi Shirazu","Toru Mitutski" . These 4 Investigators are dealing with the taxi driver Torso's case until a mysterious ghoul Orochi appears who is none other than Nishiki Nishio who was actually working with kaneki in Anteiku and is targeting torso for gathering information and then killng him. Sasaki hereby accompanies his squad against Orochi or (serpent) and is trying to save his comrades!

EP 2:
So Sasaki prior of Kaneki went wild as the Serpent who was indeed Nishio pulled back in the fight. So literally Nishio's kagune is a no match for Sasaki's but the words of Nishio tend him to bring backwards to his prior. Bewildering his thoughts Sasaki gets mad and the Doves gave into it.Sasaki appoints Shirazu as the squad captain beacuse of Uries's actions who later on raises up his framelevel
to only exclude his hatred against Sasaki and other squad members.We later get to see that these guys are bereft from Torso's case of involving Aogiri members which S-3 squad would undertake therefore Sasaki and his squad is deployed to investigate Nutcracker ( a woman who kidnaps ghouls and humans for Big Madame Auditions). In the meantime Kaneki and his group enters a coffee shop which is none other than the Old Antieku where he grew up. He also gazes Touka and weeps because it's something closer to him but yet far way.
We also observe some old members of Antieku as some of them form alliance with Aogiri and Big Madame. All the Ghouls in the city have turned out to be one and as for the time being Touka's brother Ayato is a prominent and yet strong ghouls in it.He also acknowledges Sasaki as the doves are using has amnesia as his advantage over the ghouls and knows how much caliber this half-ghoul posses which can ultimately pose a threat to the entire civilization of ghouls.
His conscience still bears of his old living and has a blur effect on memory as he ponders on his thoughts in Anteiku.
CONCLUSION: The story line is the best after which even those who hate TG have turned up ,and in case if it gives goosebumps you should be ready to feel the action of this anime through the main character Kaneki who sleeks and makes himself through amnesia.
